A warm, safe space where therapy moves at your pace

Being human is complicated.

All complicated humans are welcome here.

You could let go of your ‘I’m not good enough‘ or ‘I’m too much‘ thoughts and just be. It can feel scary and my promise is that it can also be profoundly healing.

Being human is complicated. We all need a safe space to show up in the mess. In our work together, that space is what I offer you: a space where you don’t need to feel put together or focus on doing or saying what others want to hear. I invite you to let this be a space where you get to be the whole human you are.

My biggest delight comes in helping people step outside the box that life has squashed them into. My primary approach to therapy is through connection, presence, and acceptance. No judgment here. Together we’ll work on figuring out what’s getting in your way of living life to the beat of your drum. We may focus on being present, on your thought patterns, feeling the feels, or self-compassion. I invite you to be present, to find a life that sparks joy, and learn to fully embrace you.

We’d love to share a little about what to expect at Roseate Therapy.

Roseate Therapy

Roseate Therapy is a landing space for people to bring their full selves -your sensitivity, your complexity, and your intricate inner world. I believe therapy should honor your intuition, your pace, and the wisdom you already carry. My work is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+–affirming, rooted in deep presence and genuine connection. Together, we create room to slow down, explore what matters, and build a life that feels true to you.

Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy

Neurodversity affirming care for ADHD and Autism honors your unique world. We start with the belief that all brains are different and honor the way your brain naturally works. My approach is soft, spacious, and grounding, giving you room to untangle overwhelm, understand your patterns, and build compassion for yourself.Whether you’re navigating ADHD, Autism, or both, we work together to create a life that supports your rhythms instead of working against them.

LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy

I offer LGBTQ-affirming therapy that provides a safe, grounding space for you to show up exactly as you are: a space that celebrates your identity, your strengths, and your right to live boldly as your authentic self. As an LGBTQ-affirming therapist, I support you in exploring relationships, identity, stress, and self-acceptance at a pace that feels right for you. When seeking LGBTQ affirming therapy, you deserve a place where every part of you is respected and understood.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a flexible approach that helps you build awareness, self-compassion, and clarity about what truly matters to you. ACT is a deeply supportive modality for ADHD and Autism, offering tools that honor the way your brain works. Whether you’re seeking therapy for ADHD, therapy for Autism, or support with anxiety or trauma, you’ll find a warm, affirming space to explore, grow, and reconnect with yourself.

Existential angst/Anxiety

Often people come to therapy because they were doing life a certain way or working toward certain goals and then (suddenly or slowly) it stopped working for them. Maybe you’re living your life in a way that challenges the status quo a little bit. This can lead to self-doubt, anxiety, and big meaning-of-life questions. We can dive into and work through all of it. Read more about therapy for anxiety or existential angst/dread.

Psychosis/Altered States

I feel passionate that therapy should be accessible for people who have experienced psychosis – in the past or presently- and that there is healing work to do beyond medication and hospitalization. I spend time helping people process their experiences and define what recovery looks like for them. Read mo
