Trauma Therapy

Do you often have flashbacks or nightmares to past trauma? Do you find yourself feeling constantly on edge and never feeling safe? Do you notice yourself repeating patterns from past trauma and can’t figure out how to shift things? 

I feel passionate about helping individuals affected by trauma to be in the present, heal the past, and build a new future. In sessions, we’ll focus on how your trauma experience is affecting you in the present moment with an emphasis on your somatic experience. 

Whether you find yourself disassociating or overwhelmed by feelings, we can work to create a new normal after trauma. We’ll work together to build a life that sparks joy  for you (again or for the first time.) 

This can sound daunting. I invite you to find out that it can also be profoundly healing. We’ll work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable to you while building in skills and exercises that help to lessen your sense of overwhelm.
