Where:

To make therapy accessible for different levels of free time, energy, and finances, we have a few different options for where we can meet. We can meet on a comfy couch at my office, on a computer screen at your home, or in a park.

Costs:

The fee for a 50 minute session is $150.

I am in network with Optum, Aetna, and Cigna insurances. I can provide you with a superbill for your out of network benefits for other insurance carriers.

I also have sliding scale options available. I feel passionate about finding ways to make therapy accessible.

When:

Most of my sessions are between 9-am-3pm Monday-Thursday

Approaches:

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I practice from a trauma informed, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming framework. This means we will touch on stigma, oppression, systems, and values at some point in our work.

How often:

How often we meet is completely up to you. Therapy doesn’t offer a one sized fits all approach and the amount of time and energy everyone has for therapy is different. We can work together to figure out how often is best for you.

First step:

Schedule a consultation. Let’s chat and see if we think we could do great work together. Bring all your questions about me, my approach, therapy in general. Choosing your therapist is a big choice, so don’t hold back. We’ll discuss second steps at the end of the call.

Insurance:

A few notes if you plan to use your insurance.

-Insurance requires a diagnosis. I always want to be up front in case this changes whether you want to use your insurance benefits. If you do use insurance, we’ll talk through the diagnosis entered. You won’t be left in the dark.

  • If you’re trying to use your out of network benefits, I can give you a superbill. You’ll give the superbill to your insurance and they will reimburse you according to your EOB and any out of network benefits you are eligible for.
