I am dedicated to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and address the underlying causes of their anxiety. 

Through a combination of mindfulness therapy, somatic therapy, and talk therapy, we’ll work on developing strategies to free you from anxiety driving your life. 

My goal is to help you gain insight into your thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to your anxiety and empower you to make meaningful changes in your life. In therapy, you can learn better ways of regulating emotions, grow your skills in being in the present moment rather than consumed by nerves or worries , and develop healthier ways of coping with stress and anxiety.
